Organic & Vibrant Wedding Inspiration with a Tropical Twist

One of my goals for 2019 was to make more time for myself to be creative. While I love weddings with all my heart, sometimes I forget about the side of me that aches to create for fun. It’s an important thing to remember too and if you’re a fellow creative I’m sure you’ll understand. The previous year was so busy that I don’t think I did a single creative thing for myself and boy, was I feeling it by the end of the year. I’m proud to say that by May 2019, I had already done several fun, new shoots for myself and I couldn’t believe how refreshed and fulfilled I felt. I actually didn’t intend to necessarily post my creative shoots but this one below turned out so wonderful and filled my soul so much that I just had to put it out in the world. For the first time, I shot some medium format film and I can’t believe how well it turned out (I also shot digital and they’re mixed in below!). It encouraged me so much that I bought my own Mamiya 645 and I decided to officially introduce film into my wedding work! I am so excited to see what this will bring to my business and looking forward to growing in my craft and stretching my photography muscles to new heights. Check out my favorites from this gorgeous and colorful bridal shoot below and leave some love if you like it!

XOXO
