Something new.

I am a firm believer in doing what you love and loving what you do. I found my niche in photography a long time ago and have been striving to learn and grow ever since. Some days my head is exploding with creative energy but other days my mind literally goes blank. Lately, I've been kind of stuck in a rut with no new ideas coming to me and I just feel...blah.
Then I met Suzi.
Suzi sparked a new light inside me after we met at my brother's wedding in February. She was a model and had stalked my work so as we chatted, she was teeming with all kinds of cool ideas. Having another artistic perspective was all I needed and by the time I said goodbye, my mind was reeling with creativity. We met up for coffee a little while later and then set a date to shoot. We went shopping for fun clothes, she did her own hair and make up and we hit the city.
I can't explain how happy I am with this set. They might not be anything special to the world but to me, they're the mark of a new chapter in my photography. They encourage me to push myself, to try new things, and to never give up.
Thanks to Suzi for being an AWESOME model and killing it on this shoot. Check out more of her work here & here
